At Mieko Mintz, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our unique hand-made garments. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags and packaging intact

Return Shipping

We will provide a prepaid return shipping label upon request. Please contact our customer care team at online@miekomintz.com to request a return shipping label.

  • The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund upon receipt of the item.
  • If the item is defective or damaged, return shipping is free of charge. A clear photo of the issue must be provided within the return window for verification.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as ordered, please contact our customer care team at online@miekomintz.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A photo clearly showing the problem
We will respond promptly to resolve the issue and ensure you're fully satisfied.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus applicable return shipping fees. Please allow 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected for your refund to be processed.
